1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or using any service provided by milo88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and milo88 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the milo88 platform immediately and contact us for account closure if necessary. Continued use following announcement of any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one active account on the milo88 platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses or identity card information, is a serious violation of these terms.

During the registration process, users are required to provide true, accurate and complete information including full name as per MyKad, an active mobile number and a valid email address. milo88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

• Users are responsible for ensuring their account password is kept secure and not shared with any other party.
• milo88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Account closure requests must be submitted in writing through official milo88 support channels.
• Any valid balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the original payment method, subject to compliance with all active requirements.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

milo88 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except cryptocurrency transactions which use the prevailing rate at the time of processing.

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM50, as is the minimum for each withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour after the request is submitted and successfully verified by our finance team. Any delays arising from additional verification requirements will be communicated to the user through their registered channel.

milo88 does not charge any additional fees for deposit or withdrawal transactions on the platform's side. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges that are beyond milo88's control.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

milo88 offers various promotions from time to time. The welcome bonus is a first deposit promotion worth 100% up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is automatically credited to the user's account after the first deposit is successfully processed.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received. This means:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 10 = RM8,880

Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including but not limited to hedging, arbitrage or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, is prohibited and will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.

Specific terms for each promotion will be stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion.

5. Betting and Game Rules

All bets placed on the milo88 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring the validity of each bet before confirmation is made. milo88 does not accept requests to cancel bets that have been confirmed, except in cases of verifiable technical error.

For live casino games including baccarat, roulette and blackjack, the standard game rules set by the game provider will apply. Players are encouraged to read the rules of each game before playing.

For sports betting, milo88 reserves the right to void or adjust bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, errors in published odds or a significant change in match conditions. milo88's decision in such matters is final.

• Bets placed during a technical disruption or connection loss may be voided at milo88's discretion.
• Any dispute relating to a betting outcome must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the bet.
• Users are not permitted to use any automated software, bots or scripts to manipulate games.

milo88 runs a four-tier VIP programme to provide weekly cashback benefits to loyal players. Active players have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers based on their betting activity.

VIP tiers and weekly cashback benefits are as follows:

Cashback is credited automatically each week based on net betting activity over the set period. VIP tier upgrades are determined by the milo88 team based on an overall activity assessment and are not tied to fixed declared turnover thresholds. milo88 reserves the right to modify this VIP programme structure with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users of the milo88 platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register an account.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities or engaging in any money laundering activity through the milo88 platform.
• Cheating or attempting to cheat other players or milo88 by any means.
• Using unauthorised third-party software, including automated bots, card-counting tools, or artificial intelligence programs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing login credentials or accessing another person's account without authorisation.
• Abusing the dispute or complaint procedure for fraudulent purposes.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
